Macbeth the Paranoid

Hello Mr. Macbeth,

I'm sorry to say that you have shown strong symptoms of personality disorders: borderline and paranoia.  Both conditions are very common among people, but having both at such high levels is very problematic.

Borderline personality disorder refers to low self-esteem.  You seem to despise yourself and your actions and "beat yourself up" (both physically and mentally) because of it.  An unstable relationship with your spouse is not only a cause, but also an effect. It's possible your mood can change very easily and shift into anger quite often. The only option i see for treating this is by talking about your feelings to a therapist instead of physically releasing it.

Paranoia means that you have a hard time trusting others and you almost never feel safe all times regardless of who's with you or where you are. It may be difficult to treat this condition because you may not trust other with help, but the only way to treat it is through consulting therapists and using medications.

The "Fiscal Cliff"

The Fiscal Cliff, as defined by Mattea Kramer, refers to cuts in budgets and tax increases that are meant to simultaneously take effect at the very beginning of next year.

A journalist from the businessweek states that Obama aims to reduce the effects of the fiscal cliff  or avoid it completely and missing the deadline to do so "would be a 'rude shock' for Americans". A representative of the Republican House however states that the result would be a "fiasco" and rejected the idea.


The Google search strategies had given me a faster search and more accurate results. The quotations got me the exact finds that I needed to answer the question. However, simply typing in the topic gave me helpful results as well so there was no problem. The only new strategy was the use of the "~" symbol. I never knew it could be used, however, I didn't have the chance to use it for this research. I plan on using each strategy depending on how well my search goes during my project.

Love... and Loss

I believe that all parts of love are equally important, it's impossible to make up love without a single one of them. But loss is a role that I'm most familiar with. Loss is something that people probably tend to miss the most when it comes to love. If a person were to suffer a loss, the one thing they would most likely focus on is the pain. Bell hooks explains that the person may have never even felt love before either. I believe that loss is important because it teaches us that we need to express love as best as we can before someone or something is gone. I've personally learned from loss through a pet dog whom I've had in elementary school and through the recent passing of a family friend. However, loss is an aspect of life that can't be avoided, and therefore must be accepted. We need the feeling of love around us to forget about death and remember to live, that's what bell hooks wants for the world.

Artistic

As an artistic type of person, I tend to be "creative, unstructured and imaginative." I may not know it or believe it, but I possess musical, artistic, literary skills. I've actually been told that I'm strong in to of those categories by two different teachers. My emotions are what guide me and motivate me into doing what I feel I should do.
Some of my options for majors are in music (something I've considered doing my career with), philosophy, journalism, and visual arts (what I currently aim for). These majors can lead to careers in photography and animation. Animation is my goal for my career and it makes me happy to see it as a part of my options.
Part of me had expected something entirely different, but I'm not surprised with my results. I've always felt good about drawing and doing other artistic stuff like writing and playing music. Now that I think about it, I literally see and interact with all aspects of art everyday of my life without even realizing it. The exercise itself gave me a little more inspiration to push for what I want to be when I get older.

Nana-nana-nana-nana nana-nana-nana-nana Batman!

I've never really thought much about someone who could be a hero or what I believe to be a hero. The only people I can think of that I can consider my heroes are my parents for being able to raise two boys to the point where their spoiled and still find time for themselves, but the idea is just to typical.
At the moment, I can see Obama as my hero. No, seriously. Obama came in to Presidency while there was a recession going on left over from Bush and people have been bashing him since day 1. Throughout his whole presidency, Obama has faced numerous messages and thoughts of how he "has made our economy worse" when the entire reason it was bad in the first place was because of Bush. Obama has actually improved our economy, not by much, but he is making it better. The fact that Obama can fight to better our home while under fire is what makes him a hero to me.
Like the heroes that we've recently seen, Obama tries to put others before himself and is dedicated to his own family, just like Edward Bloom.At the moment, Obama must be facing the abyss of his journey as he and everyone else waits for election day and who becomes or stays President.

My Inspiration and Help

What I plan on doing in the future as my career is becoming a video game animator, and to do so I need to put in a lot of effort and work. These blogs will help and inspire me into getting into the video game industry.

This blog is all about animation in general. It has some information on the current animators of the world and some of their work. Some posts even have small information on what to do as an animator. The art work that gets posted every now and then is awe inspiring and makes me want to try out animating myself.

Considering how I plan on getting into the video game industry as an animator, this blog is perfect for both help and inspiration. It gives me a look into how animators go about their day and do they work and shows some of the latest video games and the visuals animators put into it.

Personally, I feel as though I need to get away from doing work once in a while, and what better way to do that than to laugh about the work that I'm doing. College Humor not only makes me laugh, it makes me laugh at what's currently going on in the world and does it in some amount of animated work.

In Need of a Hero

Our society is in dire need of a hero. Not a political hero, a hero that  is sworn to physically protect US citizens because it's obvious that the police aren't exactly enough to protect the people of the United States. Actually, it would be a lot better to have different factions of heroes: Some for political purposes and some for the protection of the people. The United states needs help and there have to be people that are either willing to stand up to help or let themselves do what they feel is right.
What our heroes would need are determination to keep doing what they can do to help people regardless of their own feelings or stress. They need to put others before themselves and think about the benefits of the people. The most important thing they would need is the willingness to sacrifice something of theirs in order to help others. What they sacrifice can be as small as energy to do something  or as big as their own life. The heroes don't need to have any powers, they just need to have what it takes to help others and get others to help themselves as well as those around them.

Education

Education is possibly the most important part of living in America. Jobs require you to have an education if you want to make money to live on. The most someone can make without an education is not enough to live off of by his or her self. Education is what can get you into a career that you can live off of. People will be looking to hire you if you've been through college  or anything above that. However, it's not just the high paying jobs that are available, the lower paying jobs like construction workers and chefs will pay you more for having an education. If you had no education, you'd have a difficult time getting around in life without any help from someone who does have an education.

In my life, education is the foundation for a life on my own in which I can be happy. Education will get me into the most prestigious universities and the universities will give me a better chance at getting into the higher paying careers. People tell me I'm smart, but that's only because I have an education, and that is what's going to get me to where i want to be when I get older.

I'm excited about this year. Being a senior means that you won't have to deal with school after another year. The only problem is what to do after school is over. You'd have to be prepared to be on your own.
Being on an island would heighten your life skills.If I myself were stranded on an island that was literally impossible to escape from, I'd bring an encyclopedia of plants and animals of all kinds - even extinct animals ( because I have no idea of what inhabits the island) - so that I'd know what is edible and what could kill me, a chest full of hunting knives and firearms for both gathering food and protection (gunpowder can also be used to start fires if needed), and I would bring a large bag of medical supplies in case of any form of injury.
However, that's what I would bring if i have no way of getting off the island. If I could get off the island, I'd bring one of those VIP planes that go over 125 mph, the most skilled pilot, and a supply crate filled with food, tools made specifically for the plane, and gallons upon gallons of fuel.
